Dominique is passionate about the use of data and research to build equitable systems and structures that support student well-being and success. Prior to TalkingPoints, she worked on early childhood and socioemotional/behavioral intervention evaluations and technical assistance projects for SRI International. She started her career trajectory in education and youth research as an AmeriCorps reading interventionist. Dominique holds a PhD in Community Research and Action from Vanderbilt University.
