Veronica is a dynamic HR leader with experience and a passion for driving operational excellence. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to enhancing educational outcomes through innovative technology solutions and family engagement. As an early employee at TalkingPoints, Veronica played a pivotal role in building and scaling the organization’s HR function from the ground up. Her leadership has been instrumental in rapidly growing its team, driving employee engagement, and fostering a supportive and results-driven culture.
Veronica earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Southern Oregon University. Additionally, she holds a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, a globally recognized credential for HR professionals, and a certificate in Human Resources from California State University, East Bay.
