As the daughter of Mexican immigrants, Jocelyn is passionate about ensuring everyone has access to an equitable educational experience. From both personal and professional experience, Jocelyn has seen the positive correlation between family engagement and student success. As a Customer Success Associate, Jocelyn brings the compassion and skill set needed to be the liaison between teachers and families at TalkingPoints.
Jocelyn is a graduate from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus on empowering marginalized communities to pursue active and healthy lifestyles. She also is a proud AmeriCorps Alumni where she supported families and students access mental health resources.
